• Enable Microsoft LoopBack Adapter and Install JRE.
• Install Database Software(Oracle 10g 64bit or MS SQL SERVER or MAX DB 7.7)
• Download MAXDB 7.7 64BIT Edition and Database Studio 7.7.06.09 for Windows From SDN, SDN ID needed
  
• start sapinst follow the screens by filling the parameter values.
• Give 3 System Instance Numbers for MDM DataServer,MDM Import Server and MDM Syndication Server.
• To install MDM 7.1 we no need to enter Solution Manager Key.

SAP PI 7.1 Software and Hardware Requirements :

• Windows 2003 sp1 64 bit operating system, java 1.5 64-bit Version.
• 160 GB HardDisk, 2Gb of RAM(minimum) 4GB Recomended and DuealCore Processors.
• Give at least 23 GB of Virtual Memory 25 GB Recomended.
• 64bit Oracle version is needed.
• For Linux CentOS 5 64bit or RHEL 5 64 bit or Novel SuseEnterpriseLinux 64 bit and 64 bit java version.
